We just wanted to let you know how much we thoroughly enjoyed staying in your place in Big Sky. Everything was so well appointed and thought-out and we immediately felt right at home. The location was fabulous and we all pinched ourselves each morning and evening to be able to relax in your spacious family room and look out on such a spectacular view.
The kitchen was well stocked; the bedrooms worked out perfectly; we loved having the hot tub; the walk to the poma was a breeze, and we all felt right at home. And, of course, the mountain was amazing - we were lucky to have a bunch of snow during the time we were there and skied our hearts out the entire week.
We did our best to leave your place just as we found it and, again, thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home-away-from-home. Staying there made a truly wonderful vacation that much more memorable for all our family.
We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at your place.

I just wanted to say how much enjoyed our stay at Black Eagle #1. It was a vacation in itself just to stay at your lovely place. The sophisticated décor is just the right blend of rustic and Western, and we immediately felt at home. What a relaxing, luxurious place you have! We were all so comfortable and there was so much room for my husband and I and three kids to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The view of Lone Mountain is spectacular. And you were right, it was only a 5 minute walk to the conference center, so it was easy for me to go to my meetings and let my husband take off with the kids off in the rental car.
I have never seen my husband enjoy a hotel or condo we’ve stayed in as much as he loved Black Eagle #1. It was hard to get him to return home to Miami. He’s trying to find a meeting he needs to attend in Big Sky so we can go back as soon as possible! And I’ve already given your condo information to one of my coworkers who is considering attending a conference in Big Sky; I told him absolutely has to take his family to Black Eagle #1 and not even consider staying anywhere else.
We were planning to use the hot tub but never had a chance what with all the activities available in August, like whitewater rafting, horseback riding, mountain biking and kayaking. We did use the fireplace every evening and it set such a wonderful mood for relaxing at the end of the day.
As if your place was not amazing enough, I was so very impressed with what happened on our last day. On the way to the airport I realized that my small jewelry bag was not in my carry-on bag, and realized exactly where it must be, lodged between the bench at the end of the bed and the bedding itself, where I had tipped over my bag while packing. I called and was immediately in contact with the housekeeper who was very responsible and had been caring for your condo for quite a while. The housekeeper called me back shortly, located my bag, and went to great trouble to FedEx it to the office and I had my jewelry the next morning! Every piece was there. I was so impressed with her honesty, and with the trouble she went to on my behalf.
We really hope to be able to rent your condo again soon. We’re all eager to go skiing in Big Sky and relax at your lovely place once again.

YOU WON'T BE SORRY!! - This condo was AWESOME. Plenty of room (3 floors), gorgeous decor, short walking distance to Mountain Village (and MAIN chair lift), although there is a smaller lift right across the street for ski-in/ski-out - and a great fireplace with PLENTY of wood for a weeks's stay!
I didn't want to come home! (and I live in a beautiful home in Naples, FL)! Big Sky lift lines are MILD - especially compared to more popular ski resorts. The slopes were NEVER packed, even in late January! Although it was very cold, we layered up and got out there. Even at 10 degrees, there was sunshine and the scenery was magnificent. Speaking of scenery, the view from this condo is BREATHTAKING. The living room picture windows (floor to ceiling) are the frames for a snow-covered mountainous backdrop - and we were lucky enough to be there for the full moon, which rose up over the mountain and stayed until dawn! UNBELIEVABLE view! I can't say enough about the owners, as well. They were so quick to respond and completely detail oriented. The packet of info. they send you is perfect - you don't miss a step in getting to the condo, getting in, or even turning on the large TV with surround sound and Satellite. The instructions were flawless! Overall, this was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The condo was a huge part of our relaxation and ability to de-compress from life back home! You won't be sorry!!!!

This property was outstanding! It not only met our needs, in many cases it exceeded them. The location was perfect for the trips we made to Yellowstone National Park, Bozeman, and waterskiing at a nearby lake (summer vacation.) The home was beautifully decorated leaving no detail undone. There was so much room that is was great for our family get together with all of us having appropriate bedding, towels, fully stocked dinnerware /cookware. The owners were very personable and thorough in making sure all of our needs were met - including the post vacation follow up.
We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and will most likely enjoy it again on future vacations.
